All orders are processed and sent out via the PostNL Delivery Service.
If deliveries need to be signed for, if unsuccessful, instructions will be provided by the delivery service on how to collect your product.

Customs and Charges
Trono are in no way involved with customs charges or taxes when your order reaches your destination country. We also cannot be held accountable for any items which may reach damage or lost once we have shipped the items from our warehouse and have provided a shipping confirmation.
Payments
We accept all major debit and credit cards and use a secure certified checkout system to ensure a safe shopping experience.
Payments are also accepted via Paypal, GooglePay, iDeal and Apply Pay for mobile devices.
We also now accept Klarna and ClearPay payment methods, to Buy Now and Pay Later. At checkout, select the Klarna or ClearPay payment option which will then take you to a new window with the relevant options by each provider.
Returns
In the unlikely instance you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry, we will do everything we can to help.
We do not offer free returns but please get in touch with us if you do have any issues.
We recommend you use a traceable returns service and ensure that you get proof of postage, just to ensure that the items reach us.
Please follow the steps below for a quick and easy returns transaction.
- Please get in touch with us via the 'Contact Us' page or e-mail directly at info@trono.co.uk before returning or exchanging any items. Would be great for some feedback too so we can improve going forward.
- We will then provide you with our returns address for you to send your return back to.
Just a few things to note as part of our Returns Policy:
- All customers must return items within 28 days of the date shown on the dispatch note. After this period any returns will not be accepted.
- Items must be unworn and in the same condition as purchased, with all tags and labels still attached and with the original packaging.
- Once your return is received and checked, we will first send you an e-mail to notify you we have successfully received the items and the funds will then be returned to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take a while to appear in your statement so please contact your bank if you have any queries. If an issue still persists then please 'Contact Us' at info@trono.co.uk where we will look into the matter.
- Items purchased on sale or using discount codes cannot be refunded and may only be exchanged.
